01 Erbil, Iraq

Your customers messaged. Nobody replied.

Most Iraqi businesses lose orders overnight, not to a competitor, but to silence. We build the reply layer that answers in Iraqi Arabic and Kurdish, in seconds, at any hour, and hands over to your staff the moment it matters.

Customer: Are you open tomorrow? I want colour and a cut.
Assistant: Hello. You are speaking to the salon assistant, not a person. We are open tomorrow from 10:00 until 20:00.
Assistant: Sara has 11:30 and 17:00 free. Colour and a cut together takes about two hours.
Customer: 11:30 please.
Assistant: Booked, 11:30 tomorrow with Sara. Message here if you need to move it.

02 The problem

The message arrives at 23:00

Your customer is deciding now, on their phone, in bed. By the time somebody opens the inbox at 09:00 they have already bought somewhere else.

The answer is always the same six questions

Price, location, opening hours, do you deliver, do you have it in stock, can I book. A person retypes these two hundred times a week.

Nobody writes the lead down

The conversation happens, the customer does not buy today, and there is no record. No follow up, no list, nothing to remarket to.

03 What it looks like

It answers the way your customer writes.

Not Modern Standard Arabic, and not Gulf or Egyptian. Your customer writes the way they speak and the reply comes back the same way, with your hours, your booking rules and your stock behind it.

It also refuses to diagnose, which is deliberate: a clinic bot that offers clinical advice is a liability, so ours says it cannot and routes to the doctor. It never claims to be a person either. The thread in this section is an example, set in English so it can be read on the page.

Assistant: You are speaking to the clinic assistant, not a member of staff. I have listened to your message: pain in a lower left tooth.
Customer: Should I take an antibiotic until I come in?
Assistant: I cannot advise on treatment or medicine. The dentist has to see the tooth first.
Assistant: Dr Rand has 10:30 and 16:00 free tomorrow. Which one suits you?
Customer: 16:00.
Assistant: Booked, 16:00 tomorrow with Dr Rand. Please bring an ID with you.

04 How it works
01

We read your inbox first

Before you pay anything, we build a free report from your public pages showing what people actually ask you and what an unanswered message costs you in dinars.

02

We build it and test it

Your real prices, your real hours, your real booking rules. Then 10 to 15 realistic conversations in every language you support, before you ever see it.

03

You keep the inbox

One place for Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. The bot answers, scores the lead, and steps aside the second one of your staff types a reply.

05 Automation we run

Not just chat. The work behind it.

The reply layer is one workflow. These are others we build and operate, taken from systems running in production today.

Customer Service Automation in Iraq

Answers Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp in Iraqi Arabic and Kurdish within seconds, scores every lead hot, warm or cold, and steps aside the instant your staff take over.

Lead Qualification and Scoring in Iraq

Reads every inbound enquiry across channels, classifies intent and urgency, scores the lead, writes it to your log, and only interrupts your staff for the ones that are actually worth it.

06 Questions
Does the chatbot understand Iraqi Arabic and Kurdish?

Yes. Iraqi dialect is the default, not Modern Standard Arabic and not Gulf or Egyptian Arabic. Kurdish Sorani is supported too. Every build is tested with 10 to 15 realistic conversations in each supported language before handover.

How long does it take to go live?

Between 3 and 15 days, depending on how many channels and languages the system has to cover. Every build includes internal testing, a client acceptance period with two rounds of revisions, 14 days of free bug fixes after go live, and a recorded handover walkthrough.

Which channels does it work on?

Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Instagram and Messenger have no Meta per message fee, which is why they are the recommended starting point for Iraqi businesses.

What happens when the bot cannot answer?

It hands the conversation to a human and goes silent on that thread until the person marks it resolved. Your staff get a Telegram alert. The bot never pretends to be a person: an AI disclosure is built into the first reply of every conversation and cannot be removed.

How do we start?

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you sell and where your customers write to you. We read your public pages and send back a report on what people actually ask you, before you commit to anything. The form on this page reaches the same inbox if you would rather write it down.

07 Start here

Find out what your silent inbox costs.

We will build you the report before you pay anything. If the number is small, we will tell you so and you should not buy this.

Give us at least one of the two.

Or skip the form and write to us directly.
