01 About

A small studio in Erbil.

RABT is Arabic, رابط, meaning link or connector. The name is the argument. We do not sell a chatbot. We sell the link that was missing between a customer who messaged at 23:00 and a business that replied at 09:00.

What we do
One product, done properly. The Reply Layer answers your customers on Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp in Iraqi Arabic and Kurdish Sorani, captures and scores the lead, and hands to a human when it should. Around it we build the automation that makes the rest of the week shorter: alerting, reporting, document handling and lead routing.
Who
Ibrahim Al-Bander. Based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Works in Arabic, Kurdish and English. Builds and operates production automation daily, and the systems on theworkflows page are real ones, not templates from a course.
How we price
In public, in dinars, the same for everybody. Not one automation company in Iraq we surveyed publishes a rate card. A hidden price is a price that moves depending on what you look like you can afford. Ours is on thepricing page and there is no fourth discount for asking twice.
What we refuse
Three things, consistently. We will not remove the AI disclosure that opens every conversation, however much a client wants the bot to feel human. We will not let a clinic or pharmacy bot send clinical content to a patient without a qualified human reviewing it. And we will not use unofficial WhatsApp gateways, because they get your number banned and there is effectively no recovery.
What we will tell you
When not to buy. If the free report says your silent inbox is costing you very little, we will say so. A bad fit that churns in month three costs us more than the build was worth, and in a market this small, word travels.
Where
Erbil, Iraq. Online and remote. No office to visit, which is part of why the price is what it is. Contact is+964 770 235 7357and info@rabtlabs.com.

02 Questions
Who actually does the work?

Ibrahim Al-Bander, in Erbil. Every build, every test conversation and every handover call. There is no account manager layer and no offshore team. When something breaks at 22:00, you message the person who built it.

How many clients do you take at once?

Two new builds per month, and that cap is deliberate. Three concurrent onboardings consumes the hours that should go into supporting the systems already live, and support is the whole product after go live.

What happens if we stop working together?

The deployed system is your property. That is written into the service agreement, not offered as a favour at the end.
