Tell it how you work.
Move the sliders and pick your channels. The rules behind this are the same ones we use on a sales call, including the ones that say a cheaper plan is enough.
Stack these on any plan.
Add-ons are never sold on their own. Several are already inside Pro, and where that is true the card says so rather than letting you pay twice.
The same brain on your own site. Needs no Meta permission at all.
Appointments, or a catalogue with cash on delivery confirmation.
Chases the lead that went quiet after 24 hours, once, then stops.
What people asked, what converted, and what the system could not answer.
Beyond your plan limit, tested in that language before it goes live.
Growth already includes all three, so this is Starter only.
The same brain, on your own site.
The website chat widget is the one add-on that needs no Meta permission at all, so it can go live the same week. It answers in Iraqi Arabic, Kurdish Sorani and English, and it writes every lead into the same list as your other channels.
What we say out loud before you sign.
Surprises on an invoice are how a good project turns into a bad relationship. These are never in the price.
- Ad spend
- WhatsApp marketing template messages, billed at cost
- AI usage above 2,000 conversations a month, billed at cost plus 20%
- New features after signing

- Content writing beyond your FAQ list
- Media buying or creative
- Rebuilding a system that already works
How much does a chatbot cost in Iraq?
RABT Labs publishes the full rate card. Starter is 299,000 IQD (USD 199) to build plus 49,000 IQD (USD 33) a month. Growth, which most businesses need, is 599,000 IQD (USD 399) plus 99,000 IQD (USD 66) a month. Pro is 799,000 IQD (USD 533) plus 149,000 IQD (USD 99) a month. The build fee is one time and the monthly starts the month the system goes live.
Why do you publish your prices when nobody else in Iraq does?
Because a hidden price is a price that changes based on what you look like you can afford. Publishing one number for everybody is the whole argument. It also lets you compare us honestly against ManyChat, Chatfuel, Zoko, respond.io and Interakt, which cost USD 58 to 144 a month in platform fees alone before anyone builds anything.
Which plan do I actually need?
Use the calculator on this page. It asks how many messages you get, how many questions you answer over and over, how many channels and languages you run, and whether bookings happen in the chat. If your usage is low it will tell you to buy the cheapest plan, and it says so out loud.
Is there a discount?
Three, and they are fixed. 15 to 20 percent off the build from the third deployment of the same plan. Up to 40 percent off one build in exchange for a named, publishable case study with real numbers. 10 percent off twelve months of retainer paid in advance. We do not discount to win a price argument.
What is included in every plan at no extra cost?
Full build and internal testing, 10 to 15 realistic test conversations in every supported language, a client acceptance period with two rounds of revisions, 14 days of free bug fixes after go live, a recorded handover walkthrough, and ownership: the deployed system is yours if the relationship ends.
