We surveyed the automation and chatbot companies selling into Iraq in 2026. Not one of them publishes a price. Not a range, not a starting-from number, nothing. Every single one asks you to request a quote.
That is not laziness. It is a strategy, and it is worth understanding before you buy anything from anybody, including us.
What a hidden price actually buys the seller
When the price is not published, the price is set after the seller has looked at you. They have seen your website, your Instagram following, the neighbourhood your clinic is in, and the car in your profile photo. The number that comes back is a guess about what you will pay, not a statement of what the work costs.
This is legal, common, and it is the reason two businesses buying the same chatbot in Erbil can pay amounts that differ by a factor of three.
What it costs the seller to publish
Publishing removes the seller’s best negotiating position. We cannot quietly charge the dealership more than the dental clinic. We cannot discover mid-conversation that you have budget and adjust. Every discount we give has to be a rule that applies to everyone, which is why ours are written down: 15 to 20 percent off the build from the third deployment of the same tier, up to 40 percent off one build in exchange for a named case study with real numbers, and 10 percent off twelve months of retainer paid in advance.
That is the whole list. There is no fourth discount for asking twice.

One thing we will not do
We will not tell you that a chatbot is cheaper than hiring someone. The average net salary in Erbil is about 759,791 IQD a month, and any product compared against a salary loses that argument eventually, because a person can do things a bot cannot.
The argument for this system is not that it replaces a person. It is that it recovers the orders you are already losing at 23:00, when nobody is at the desk and the customer is deciding.
