Most businesses in Erbil and Baghdad do not have a software problem. They have a copying problem.
Someone reads a number off a WhatsApp message and types it into a spreadsheet. Someone else opens that spreadsheet at closing time and types the totals into a message to the owner. A supplier sends an invoice as a photo and a staff member keys the lines in by hand. None of this is difficult work. It just never stops, and it stops completely when that one person is off sick.
Workflow automation is the layer that does the copying. The Reply Layer answers customers. This layer handles what happens after the conversation ends: routing, recording, reporting and reminding.

Questions people ask before they sign
Do I have to replace the software I already use? Usually not. We connect what you have. If a tool has no way to connect, we say so before you pay, and we tell you what the workaround costs in staff time.
My stock is in a spreadsheet, not a real system. Is that a problem? No. A spreadsheet is a system. Most of what we build reads from and writes to files like yours. The bigger risk is having three spreadsheets that disagree with each other, and sorting that out is part of the build.
How do the reports reach me? Telegram, most often, because it is fast, free and already on the phone. WhatsApp and email both work too. You choose the hour and the contents.
Who watches it once it is live? We do. Every job reports its own failures. If a step fails, an alert reaches us and reaches you, and you have a named person in Erbil to call rather than a support address in another country.
Where does my data go? Some processing runs on servers outside Iraq, because the services that read documents and generate text are hosted abroad. We list which parts leave the country before the build starts. If a category of document has to stay inside the country, say so early.
How much time will this save me? That depends on the business and we will not invent a percentage. We count how long the manual version takes at your office in week one, then measure it again after. Any figure quoted before that measurement is unverified.
What it costs
Every price is published. There is no proposal stage where the number appears for the first time.

Starter suits one job done well, such as daily reports on their own. Growth is the usual choice: three or four jobs connected, with reporting on top. Pro is for businesses with several branches, or a stock file that has to stay correct in more than one place.
The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes.
The systems we run ourselves
We are not describing a plan. Systems like these run in our own operation every day: routing, document reading, scheduled reports, alerts. When one breaks at eleven at night, we are the ones who find out first, which is why failure alerting is built in from the start instead of added after the first bad week.
You do not get a screen of boxes and arrows presented as a deliverable. You get a working system, a written description of what each job does, and a person who fixes it.
Where to start
The usual path is one job first, watched until it runs steady, then a second one added. Lead routing and daily reports are the common pair, because both put something on your screen from the day they go live. The worked example of lead scoring and routing shows the behaviour in detail.
If customers are also messaging you and nobody answers fast enough, that is a different layer: the Reply Layer that sits on top.
